Wild Luchador Review
Quickspin took advantage of two themes native to Mexico, the Lucha libre and the Day of the Dead to build something fresh and entertaining. The result is a highly volatile 243 win ways slot game featuring 5 reels, 3 rows, some joyful mariachi tunes, excellent visuals, muchos multipliers and luchadores as expanding wilds. The game is straightforward enough and doesn’t have that many features, but the developer promises some high-energy action. Are you ready to wrestle your way to the big wins? Then read our slot review to learn more about this free fight inspired online game.

Wild Luchador Bonus Features
Wild Luchador only has two bonus slot features, but they’re both fun and powerful enough to make this game exceptionally lucrative and engaging. Luchador wilds take the centre of the stage throughout the game since they could lead to all 5 reels turning wild. However, the biggest wins can only be picked up in the Land of the Dead during the Dead Slam free spins bonus round. With win multipliers in full play, you could succeed in reaching up to a 40,000x your stake reward in just a single spin.
Wilds
There are two types of wilds in Wild Luchador, the regular 1×1 wrestling Champion Belt Wilds and stacked Luchador wilds assigned to each of the game’s 5 reels. The Champion Belt Wilds will always substitute for all regular symbols to form a winning combination. The Luchador wilds can randomly strike the reels during both the base game and the free spins round; you’ll see them blasting out of a cannon onto the stage at any time. Up to 5 stacked wilds could appear on the reels, turning them wild and increasing your win ways simultaneously throughout the play.
Scatters
Scatters come disguised as Death Clocks in Wild Luchador. They’ll get you into the free spins round and match a multiplier to your free spins count depending on how many triggering scatters you’ll hit on the same spin.
Dead Slam Free Spins
Landing 3, 4, or 5 Death Clock scatters on a single spin will take you to the Land of the Dead and award 7 free spins with a multiplier of 2x, 3x and 5x, respectively. As in the base game, you could have up to 5 stacked wilds blasting into view all at the same time. However, you’ll find that during this round, the Luchador wilds, dressed in the Day of the Dead outfits, trigger way more often than in the base game, almost on every spin.
Wild Luchador Jackpot
Wild Luchador boasts an intriguing max exposure, pushing the jackpot feature entirely out of sight. The top prize you can win here is an endearing 40,000x your stake!
RTP and Volatility
As in the wrestling ring, so in the Wild Luchador slot, the risks are sky-high. Wild Luchador is rated as an extremely volatile slot, so don’t expect to get away without an ankle lock before you can pick up your championship belt. The game’s RTP sits at a very regular 96%.
