Pearls of India Slot
This Play ‘n Go slot is a sequel, of sorts, to Rich Wilde and the Aztec Idols. In fact, the full name of the slot is Rich Wilde and the Pearls of India but that’s kind of a mouthful so you’ll find the game listed as Pearls of India more often than not.
This slot takes place deep in the jungle, far from the bustle of Mumbai and closer in style to Indiana Jones. In the background, we can see a formidable mountain, topped with what appears to be a temple. Clouds scud across the sky, wreathing the mountaintop and creating a beautiful atmosphere.
The reels are occupied by familiar symbols of Indian culture and the Hindu religion. The sacred cow, the Hand of Protection, and the elephant-headed god Ganesha all feature here. The reels do not roll, rather the symbols fall onto one another from the top of the screen – this makes this a cascading reel game.
Symbols and Features
This 5-reel, 3-row slot has 20 fixed paylines. You can adjust the coin value on every game round, setting value from £0.01 to £1.
The Wilds symbol on this slot is represented by the dashing Rich Wild himself. This symbol can substitute for any symbol aside from the bonus and scatter symbols.
The pearl counts as a Scatter symbol in this game and three or more of these, in any position, will trigger the Free Spins feature. You get 10 free spins at the currency multiplier level, which you can see on the right. Any pearls that show up on the reels will be awarded to you – get 5 pearls to claim 5 additional free spins, up to 30 spins in total. While the Free Spins are in progress, the pearl symbol also acts as an additional Wild symbol.
When the symbol with the temple on it shows up, the meter on the left of the reels fills up. Once that reaches 25, you can choose between three mini games.
The Statue of Vishnu minigame lets you pick pearls from the god’s hands for prizes – keep going until you find an empty one, at which point the game ends. In the Wheel of Brahma game, you will spin the rings on a wheel and claim prizes according to the pay table. In Wall of Shiva, players pick tiles off a wall, with better prizes in store when you choose the correct ones.
Activate the Gamble feature each time you land a winning combination. Once you click ‘Gamble’, you will be asked to guess the colour or suit of a card. Guess the colour correctly to double your winnings. Guessing the suit correctly means your winnings are quadrupled! There is a limit of 5 correct picks and a wrong pick means you will be taken back to the main game.
Pearls of India Jackpot
Pearls of India does not offer a progressive jackpot. However, the maximum win on this slot is close to £25,000. Still, we feel this game is definitely worth playing, particularly if you appreciate slick graphics, interesting game play and a selection of features when you play.
Pearls of India on Mobile
This slot is available on mobile and frankly, it looks great! Play ‘n GO have really gone all out to make this game immersive and exciting. So fire up your iPhone, iPad or Android-powered device to take this slot with you wherever you go.
Pearls of India RTP
RTP stands for ‘Return to Player’, which indicates the theoretical return a player can expect on a game over time. Pearls of India has an RTP of 96.87%. This is just a theoretical figure and does not guarantee that you’ll always make 96.87% of your funds back, however the higher the RTP, the higher the payouts are in general and the higher the chances of winning.
