Narcos video slot
NetEnt has created a slot game that looks and feels as gritty and exciting as the Narcos series it is based on. In the distance, we can see the city of Medellin, where Pablo Escobar grew up and later established his criminal empire.
The A to J royal suits, overlaid on guns, grenades and other weapons, act as low value symbols. A flamingo and a light aircraft are medium value. The character symbols are of higher value. These include Pablo’s second-in-command, a blonde bombshell and the two DEA agents hot on Escobar’s trail. The latter rewards with 15 times the stake when 5 land on adjacent reels.
Wilds
The Wild symbol appears the official DEA badge. It pays out the same as the other high value symbols. It can substitute for any other symbol except the Scatter and the Locked Up symbols.
Should a Wild symbol form part of a winning combination, it activates the Walking Wild feature. The Wild will remain on the reels, moving down one space horizontally on each spin until it disappears from the reels.
Narcos Bonus Features
There are two bonus features to watch for in Narcos. The first, called the Drive-By feature is activated at random. A car pulls up and opens fire at the reels. The symbols struck by bullets have a chance of being changed into the high value Wild symbols.
The Locked Up feature is triggered when 3 or more Locked Up symbols appear in the same row. This feature begins with 3 initial spins, where only Locked Up and Golden Locked Up symbols can appear. The Golden symbols can reveal one of the following:
- Multiplier: The symbol values are all multiplier by either x2 or x3
- Upgrade symbols: Multipliers increase by an increment of x1 the total bet value
- Big starting value: The Golden Locked Up symbol is assigned a symbol value
If new Golden or normal Locked Up symbols appear during the initial 3 spins, creating a new win or contributing to an existing winnings cluster, the player receives another 3 spins.
Narcos Free Spins
Land 3 or more Scatter symbols (these look like a muscle car) on reels 1, 3 and 5 to trigger 10 free spins. On each spin, one or more of the higher value symbols will be converted at random into Wilds.
The Walking Wilds feature is active during free spins and if one of these is still on the reels at the end of the free spins rounds, one additional free spin is added to the tally. The extra spins will stop when no more Walking Wilds are on the reels.
Narcos jackpot
There are no jackpot features on Narcos.
RTP
Narcos has an RTP of 96.23% and medium volatility. NetEnt favours this combination as it appeals to a broad range of players.
Narcos Mobile
Narcos is fully compatible with smartphone and tablet mobile devices.
