Golden Glyph 2 Bonus Features

It’s great to see that Quickspin has brought over all the popular elements from the original version into Golden Glyph 2. Just like its predecessor, this slot plays out on a 7×7 grid. Clusters of 5 or more matching symbols give you wins before disappearing to allow more symbols to cascade down from above to fill the gaps. Power Glyph Symbol

Each time a cluster win forms and disappears, it will leave behind a Power Glyph symbol on one of the winning tiles. They behave just like wilds, and if they form part of a winning cluster, they’ll glide down to activate the leftmost Power Up on the bar below the grid.

Power Ups

Sitting below the game grid, you’ll notice a bar with 7 spaces for Power Up symbols.

Positions 1 to 6 are a random combination of either Golden Scarabs symbols that randomly add 4 to 11 wilds to the grid or 6 different Patterns of Horus. The Horus Patterns appear over the grid in the shape of an Ankh, Hourglass, Bird, Eye, Cross or Snake and burn off all symbols underneath them.

Position 7, rightmost on the Power Up bar, is always a 2×3 sized Gigantic Wild in the base game or an additional Golden Glyph in the free spins feature.

Scatters

A golden pyramid with the word Bonus adorning it acts as the scatter in Golden Glyph 2. Landing 3 of these in the base game will take you inside the ancient Egyptian temple to play the Free Spins feature.

Free Spins

You’ll get 7 free spins to kick things off once the round is triggered. Additional 5 free spins will come your way if you land another 3 scatters on a single spin during the feature.

Once you hit spin for the first time, a Golden Glyph Wild will fly onto the grid and settle in a random spot. It takes flight and moves to a new location on each new spin. This little magical symbol starts the round with a 1x multiplier attached to it and increases by +1, up to a 50x multiplier, each time it’s part of a winning cluster.

You can bring an additional 3 Golden Glyphs with multipliers into play by activating them from position 7 on the Power Up bar one at a time. All their multipliers will be added together and applied to any wins, giving the round some Egyptian God-like potential.
