Tumble Feature

Slot fans will be familiar with this tumbling way of forming wins. When you land a winning combination on the grid, the symbols involved disintegrate allowing the remaining gems to drop down into the empty spaces. This process repeats until there are no new winning clusters formed and it’s time for the next spin.

Modifiers

Another great feature of the base game is the random modifiers which can significantly boost your wins. Coloured marks will appear randomly behind the symbols on the grid during normal play. If you land a win on top of one of these then it triggers one of 5 modifiers based on the colour of the mark. Trigger more than one at once and they’ll appear in the following order:

• Wild Gem (Pink) – converts one random symbol type on the grid into wilds.
• Squares (Golden Brown) – adds in some 2×2 size symbols at random positions on the grid.
• Colossal (Red) – like Squares but symbols up to 5×5 in size randomly appear on the grid.
• Lucky Wilds (Green) – anywhere between 5 and 15 wilds appear in random positions on the grid.

Gold Fever Progressive

As symbols cascade down and winning combinations are formed, each exploding group of symbols register on the Gold Fever meter to the right of the playing grid. If you collect 114 winning symbols or more in a row, the meter will be full, and the Gold Fever Progressive feature is triggered. If you get no more winning combination before the feature is triggered then the meter resets.

Once triggered, you’ll progress through the 5 levels of Modifiers in the order mentioned above starting with a 2x multiplier as long as the winning combinations keep landing on the grid. If the Gold Fever meter is filled up again, then you’ll move up to the next tier of the Gold Fever Progressive with a higher multiplier. There are 5 tiers in total with the top one giving a 10x multiplier.

If you’ve used up all 5 modifiers in a tier but haven’t collected enough winning symbols to progress to the next one, then the feature ends.
