Dracula bonus features
In a tale of damsels in distress and fanged suitors, NetEnt has diverged somewhat from the film that inspired this slot for a more modern romance. On the reels, a number of characters appear as symbols including a handful of faces we suspect may be Dracula’s eventual victims.
Suit symbols also appear, as does Dracula himself and his lovely Bride. These two are the high-value symbols, paying out 200x the initial stake when combining across a betline.
Let’s take a look at what else lurks around these dark alleyways and learn about the range of features that appear in this slot.
Wilds
The Wild symbols in Dracula are depicted as a ‘W’ symbol, daubed in blood. It can appear anywhere on the reels during the main game and can also appear during the Free Spins feature.
Wilds can substitute for any other symbol, boosting the player’s chances of landing winning combinations.
Bat Feature
This feature works to players’ advantage but might not be so popular with people who suffer chiroptophobia (the irrational fear of bats).
The Bat feature is triggered at random on the base game. When it is triggered, Dracula will transform into a colony of bats, leaving his post from the side of the casino game screen. The bats will land somewhere on the reels and will transform a random number of symbols into the same symbol, which is also randomly chosen.
This feature extends to all symbols including the Wilds and in theory, all 20 reel spaces can be transformed into identical symbols. During the main game, this feature is randomly activated while in Free Spins mode, the bats will fly out on every spin and transform symbols.
Stacked Symbols
Dracula and his love interest Mina can appear during the main game as symbols. The Count can appear on reel 2 while his Lady can appear on reel 4. Land both stacked symbols on the same spin to activate 10 free spins. No Stacked Symbols can appear during the Bat feature though.
Dracula Free Spins
When Dracula and Mina appear simultaneously during the main game, the Free Spins feature is activated. During this mode, the Bat feature activates on every spin. Also during the free spins, Stacked Wilds can appear on reel 3, improving the chances of landing a winning combination and granting a further 2 free spins.
Dracula jackpot
There is no jackpot available on the NetEnt Dracula slot. However, with 2,000 coins up for grabs on every betline, there are plenty of opportunities for players to boost their bankroll on this game.
