How to Play Deal or No Deal Slingo
Now you too can sit in the hot seat and experience the thrill of the hit TV series, Deal or No Deal game, but in a slingo format. It’s just as easy to play as the TV show and perfect if you’re new to slingo games.
All you have to do is pick one out of the 26 iconic red boxes and then eliminate the rest by matching numbers on the reel to the 5×5 grid. The more boxes you eliminate from the screen, the more slingos you’ll achieve and the sooner you’ll get that long-awaited call from the Banker. The Banker’s Offer is the only bonus round here, but it comes with the tough decision of whether to accept the deal, pass it, or keep on spinning.
Joker Symbol
This wouldn’t be a slingo game without the joker character that we all know well and there are two of them in Deal or No Deal Slingo – a regular and super joker. The joker allows you to open up any box in the column above it, while the super joker lets you open any box you choose from the entire grid.
Free Spins
At the start of the game, you get a batch of 10 free spins to try and climb as high up the win ladder as you can. Each time you land a free spins symbol, you’ll win an additional free spin. Landing on the devil symbol, though, will bring you nothing but an empty spin. When you run out of free spins, you’ll have a chance to purchase them, and there’s no cap on how many you can buy.
Right at the start, you’ll also get to choose a mystery box out of the 26 boxes available. It will then be put away for safekeeping until you reach the Banker’s Offer bonus round.
Reaching 4 slingos will get you to the above-mentioned bonus round. Climbing all the way to the top and reaching a full house will boost the value of your mystery box by 20x your initial stake!
The Banker’s Offer
Achieve 4 slingos, and you’ll unlock the Banker’s Offer feature where, just like in the TV game, you’ll get a call from the infamous Banker offering you a mystery reward. At which point, you’ll have three options – Deal, No Deal or Spin.
If you choose Deal, you’ll win whatever the Banker’s offering. If you press the blue No Deal button, then you’ll collect whatever prize is in the mystery box you picked at the start of the game.
You can always ignore the deal and continue the game by hitting the spin button, but after each spin, the Banker will keep offering you deals based on prize values left in the game. Should your gut feeling tell you that the Banker’s offering you a better deal than what you have in your mystery box, hit Deal and see how the cookie crumbles.
RTP and Payouts
You’ll find the game’s theoretical RTP set to a standard 95%, but it can vary from one casino to the next, so be sure to check. In terms of payouts, you could be in luck and snag a nice 1,000x your stake max prize if you can scramble to the top and reach a full house.
