Cash Elevator Review
Produced by Reel Kingdom and Pragmatic Play, Cash Elevator is quite an unusual release. The slot’s 5-reel, 3-row and 10-payline set-up is indeed regular, but the theme is hard to diagnose. It’s a mix of romance and steampunk fashion in an apocalyptic setting. It features two ghostly lovers from many years back who, separated by reels, need your help to get back into each other’s embrace.
Will you help them meet in the middle of the reels and accept their rewards, or will you spook out from getting into this paranormal elevator and look for riches elsewhere? Perhaps reading our slot review below will help make up your mind.

Cash Elevator Bonus Features
Where do we start! There’s so much going in Cash Elevator feature-wise. The centre stage here is given to the stacked wild lovers that turn into zombie walking wilds during the free spins bonus round.
Next is the elevator feature where you can move up and down the floors, eliminating low paying symbols. Then, on floor 13, there’s the Hold and Spin respins game with random instant or fixed cash prizes alongside multipliers. In short, it’s all about the floors here, so let’s see in more detail how this slot works. Let’s inspect all slot features in detail.
Wilds
Both the bellboy and his lady lover substitute for all paying symbols except the Up, Down and money symbols, but only in the free spins round. In the base game, they act more like scatters and activate the Dead Lovers free spins round if either one of them or both land fully stacked in view on reels 2 or/and 4.
Cash Elevator Feature
As if out of a spooky film, there’s a basement and 13th floors in this slot featuring an old-fashioned elevator. You’ll start on the 1st floor, and when you hit a winning combination with the lowest paying symbols from that floor, the elevator will move up a level.
You’ll notice that the 1st floor accommodates all symbols, but from the 2nd floor onwards, the lowest value symbols are removed from each floor progressively. The higher you ride the elevator, the better the chance to win big. For example, arriving at floor 12 will see you only playing with black cats, the second-highest paying symbols.
Now beware of landing the Up and Down arrow symbols on reel 3. The Up arrow will take you 1, 2, 3 or 12 floors up and the down arrow will move you 1-3 floors down. Finally, if you find yourself in a basement, the elevator will move you up to a random floor, from the 1st to 12th.
Free Spins
The Dead Lovers free spins feature, triggered by the ghostly loved-up couple from years ago, offers a pick bonus game before you start playing.
If you triggered this bonus round by landing just one wild lover on reels 2 or 4, one of the 3 options will reveal between 6-12 free spins. If, however, you landed both lovers on reels 2 and 4, you’ll get to pick from 12-24 free spins randomly.
Help the lovers meet in the middle of the reels, and you’ll get an additional 5 free spins. Split them apart later, and you’ll pick up another batch of free spins.
Hold and Spin Feature
Floor 13 is reserved for the Hold and Spin feature with 4 respins. During the feature, only money symbols and blanks land and each time a new sticky money symbol hits the reels, it locks, resetting your respins back to 4.
There are three types of money symbols to pick from before the round starts to determine how many of them, from 3 to 11, will be displayed as sticky symbols on the reels. You can pick a money symbol with random cash value, random multipliers of up to 10x or one with a fixed amount.
Cash Elevator Jackpot
There is no jackpot included in this apocalyptic-looking slot, but the max potential, whether realistic or not, is set to a very appealing 20,000x your stake potential.
RTP and Volatility
As with anything run-down and slightly supernatural, Cash Elevator is highly volatile so take good care when riding it. The above industry average RTP, on the other hand, is nothing to be worried about – it’s set to a satisfying 96.64%.
