My Experience Withdrawing Winnings at The Sun Play

I was hit with a £2.50 fee when withdrawing from The Sun Play.

This fee exists across the Jumpman network and applies to all methods and amounts. In my case, it meant I withdrew £20 and ended up with just £17.50. The withdrawals were slow, too. It took 3 days to get my cash with Visa and 2 with PayPal.

Did The Sun Play’s Customer Service Resolve My Issues?

The customer support team was helpful and professional, but the speed of replies was slow and inconsistent.

I sent a few emails to The Sun Play with various questions and from separate accounts. The fastest reply came within 24 hours, two others arrived within 2 days, and the final one went unanswered.

Live chat was a better experience, but the limited hours make this a tough choice for evening/night-time players.

Conclusion

I had a good but flawed experience on The Sun Play. The welcome bonus wasn’t as generous as it initially seemed, but it did serve as a good introduction, and the loyalty bonuses are top-drawer. The gaming selection was good, too, with the addition of bingo games being a nice touch.

My main issues are with the slow withdrawals and the withdrawal fee. If not for these, it would get a much higher score.
