I love a good matched deposit bonus, and I like it even more when it comes as part of a welcome package. But I had some minor issues with the O’Reels Casino bonus.

First, the matched deposit part of the welcome package offers a 100% match, as standard. However, it’s capped at a maximum bonus of £25 and there is a minimum deposit requirement of £20. It’s a pretty hefty minimum requirement, and it doesn’t provide much variance.

Secondly, while it’s dubbed a “welcome package bonus” that offers a 100% match and free spins, the latter part of the offer is not available on your first deposit. You have to deposit another £20+ to get 50 free spins (value of 10p each) on Big Bass Bonanza.

The wagering requirement is low, at 35x, but there is a win cap of £100 for both bonuses.

I was invited to collect several reload bonuses as soon as I had burned through my welcome package bonus. There were two such offers available, both of which made the overall experience a little bit more interesting.

Daily Mystery Spin

All players who have deposited at least £20 in the last three days can spin the Daily Lucky Wheel. It’s a guaranteed prize wheel that offers up to 10 free spins (the smallest prize is 3 free spins). The spins are only worth 10p each, and you can’t win more than £5 in cash, but it was a nice little incentive that ensured I returned to the site. I may even return after finishing this review.

Weekly Wheel

If you have deposited at least £200 in the last week, you can spin a different and more generous prize wheel. The Weekly Wheel offers as many as 75 free spins, and you can spin it once per week for every week that you qualify.

Again, the spins are only worth 10p each, but this time, the win cap jumps to £50. To be honest, I would have liked to see a little more being offered to players who have dropped £200+ in a week, but free is free, and 75 free spins will be a welcome sight for most.

Wagering Requirements

A standard wagering requirement of 35x applies to most bonuses on O’Reels Casino.

I am very wary when I see a 30x or 35x rate as it usually applies to both the deposit and the bonus amount, effectively turning it into a 60x or 70x rate, which is astronomical. Thankfully, that is not the case here. I didn’t have any winnings left when my own wagering requirement was up, but if you do, you’re free to withdraw them or wager them as you would with cash.

The games come from numerous top software developers, ensuring a steady supply of great titles. It is fairly easy to navigate through slots if you know what you’re looking for, but if you’re just browsing and waiting for something to jump out at you, it can be difficult. That’s mainly down to the limited categories and filters. I found myself struggling to pick out games with specific features or themes, resorting to endlessly scrolling through thumbnails when a simple feature selection option would have done the work for me.

On the plus side, I love the fact that the developers have left a nod to their Irish theme with an “Irish slots” section, one that includes titles such as 9 Pots of Gold, Rainbow Riches, Book of the Irish, and Irish Luck.

O’Reels Casino has been around since 2017, but the Android and iOS mobile apps were released as recently as early 2024. They have only been out for a few months at the time of writing, which explains why the download numbers are so small and why there are just a couple of reviews across both app stores.

The app does work, though, and I actually preferred it to the desktop site. I expect that the situation will change as more members download the app and discuss their thoughts.

You can also simply use the casino through your mobile browser. I tried it on both iOS and Android and didn’t have any issues with either.

Although I didn’t have any issues with the customer support team, I did find the whole experience to be a little non-specific. The FAQ directed me to a generic page and the information links looked like they had been used on multiple other sites. But credit where credit is due, as I didn’t have any such issues at O’Reels Casino.

With a simplistic layout and a theme depicting the Emerald Isle, O’Reels Casino is pleasant but not extraordinary. I found it easy to navigate, and that’s the main thing, but some additional categories and filter options would have made for a more pleasant experience.

I know that it doesn’t have much in the way of video poker, table games, and live casino games, but there are hundreds of slot machines, and I would have loved to browse them by theme, bonuses, jackpots, and other features.
