MyriadPlay follows the classic AG Communications style, which many players (me included) enjoy. While it doesn’t offer new features, it provides a solid gaming experience. The site has limited live casino games and bonuses but is straightforward and entertaining. Customer support is available via email for any queries, next to a direct document upload form. The casino went live in 2024, so there are still things in need of improvement. Overall, MyriadPlay offers a well-made and entertaining casino experience for those who prefer simple and fun gaming.

Pros & Cons

Myriad Play manages to deliver in some areas, even if it does disappoint on several fronts. But I suppose these are ultimately the main pros and cons that stood out for me during my time at the online casino.

  • Thumbs-Up Daily extra spins bonus.
  • Thumbs-Up Video slots from top providers like Pragmatic Play, Blueprint Gaming and Play’n GO.
Cons
  • Thumbs-Down No table games or live casino games.
  • Thumbs-Down Unintuitive user interface.

Myriad Play Casino UK Review

Myriad Play promises more than 600 online casino games with a wide variety of payment methods to handle deposits and withdrawals and a handy set of promotional offers to boost your experience. They’re all elements that I always look for in an online casino, but read on below and find out if the site ultimately delivers on its promise.

Myriad Play Casino Home Page

Myriad Play Bonuses

An online casino’s selection of promotional offers can tell a lot about a site and it’s a good indicator of the sort of engagement you get as a player. The more diverse and beneficial the deals and casino bonuses you get, the more in touch with players the casino is. So, I was quite disappointed to see the lacklustre selection of promotions from Myriad Play.

There’s just a handful of deals to choose from, starting with a welcome bonus and then switching to a couple of timed promotions offering bonus spins and cash drops. There is a general lack of consistent reload deals, other than the daily bonus spins offer which also comes with some rather steep wagering requirements, as you’ll see below.

The promotions section itself is quite easy to navigate, with a clear icon set below the site’s toolbar, leading you to all the available bonuses.

MyriadPlay Casino Bonus Promotion

Myriad Play Welcome Bonus

With the Myriad Play welcome bonus, I was hoping for a great boost to get me started on all the games the site has to offer. I always use welcome bonuses as a way to test out an online casino’s capabilities, using the bonus cash and bonus spins to try out games and ultimately decide if I want to deposit more and keep playing.
In this case, the welcome deal didn’t quite deliver. You get a match deposit bonus of 100% up to £50, which is pretty standard for these kinds of offers. The bonus cash you get can be used across all 600+ games on the site, but my biggest issue came with its fine print.

See, the welcome deal has a 35x wagering requirement, which you’ll need to clear within 21 days. What this effectively means is that if you claim the full £50 in bonus cash, you’ll need to wager the equivalent of £1,750 before you can withdraw any potential bonus winnings. That’s a pretty steep condition and one which sours the overall usefulness of the bonus.

Daily Spin Frenzy

The closest thing to a reload bonus at Myriad Play is the Daily Spin Frenzy. It offers up to 50 bonus spins, which can be claimed by simply making daily wagers on the site. Wagering £100, £300, £500 or £1,000 will bag you 10, 15, 25 or 50 bonus spins, respectively. The spins are awarded based on the previous day’s wagers, so you get a whole day to build up your bonus.

The bonus spins are available for a selection of video slots, which change from one day to the next. The biggest concern here is yet again the 35x wagering requirements and this time round you only get 24 hours to clear them and claim potential winnings.

Drops and Wins

Perhaps the most lucrative offer here is the Drops and Wins promotion. This changes every few weeks, offering you the chance to win prizes based on your performance on select video slots. The prize pools can be quite big, offering up to £40,000 daily, although these are split between 3,500 lucky winners.

The most positive thing here is that the prizes you claim have no wagering requirements and are added to your account within 72 hours.

Seasonal Bonuses

Other than that, you’ll also get a selection of constantly changing bonuses to claim. These deals change every week or so, offering a range of benefits from bonus cash to extra spins, cashback deals and more. Be sure to check in on the promotions page whenever you log in to find out what the latest deal has to offer.

Wagering Requirements

The most crucial condition that accompanies promotional offers is wagering requirements. This restriction states the number of times you’ll need to wager your bonus cash or spins before any potential winnings can be withdrawn. While I fully understand that it’s important for online casinos to make sure their offerings are spent on the site itself, I do take issue with the fact that wagering requirements can completely change the potential value of a bonus.

So, as you would expect, I wasn’t too impressed with Myriad Play’s wagering requirements. The welcome bonus and daily bonus spins all come with a 35x wagering requirement and this can significantly decrease the potential value of your bonus. If you claim £10 in bonus cash, you’ll have to wager £350 (£10 x 35) before you can withdraw any of the winnings you might make using the bonus. By the time you clear that requirement, you’re likely to lose any potential winnings and even eat up more of your funds.

For me, this completely trivialises the point of a bonus, and I’d much rather get a smaller deal with £10 or even £5 in wager-free cash or bonus spins, rather than claim a bigger reward that ultimately offers less value.

Games Section at Myriad Play Casino

If variety is what you’re after, then Myriad Play Casino will likely disappoint. The online casino offers more than 600 games, but they’re almost exclusively video slots, with a few additional games. That means you’re missing out completely on table games and live casino.

Myriad Play Casino Games Selection

It makes for quite a limited selection of games, leaving our releases from some of the biggest names out there, including Evolution Gaming, NetEnt and Nolimit City. On a more positive note, there are some brilliant video slots on offer here and most of these are provided by Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO and Blueprint.

The games section is easy enough to follow, even if it is missing more advanced sorting and filtering features. I find it incredibly frustrating when basic navigation elements don’t quite work the way they should, making the act of finding games unnecessarily tedious. Take the search function, for example, which only displays results that follow exact spelling. I had to scratch my head for a bit before I realised that I had to enter “playngo” in the search bar to get results from the provider because if I entered “play n go” or “play’n go”, I wouldn’t get any at all.

I suppose the game selection’s worth will be according to your preferences, but as a player who enjoys trying out all kinds of game genres, the limited variety here was quite a turn-off.

Slots at Myriad Play

Video slots make up almost all the Myriad Play game library. Although some releases from big providers have been left out, you still get a great selection of material with both popular classics and exciting new releases.

I’m quite a Megaways fan myself, so I was looking forward to the site’s selection of dynamic-reeled video slots. There are many great gems to choose from, including Eye of Horus Megaways, Break Da Bank Again Megaways and Power of Merlin Megaways. I tried this out on my desktop and phone and they all worked flawlessly, in both portrait and landscape modes.

I was also interested in how the site handles modern releases and played through a few rounds of The Flintstones, The Sword and the Grail Excalibur and Bankin More Bacon.

Progressive Slots

The allure of progressive video slot jackpots is something that even I can’t resist. The base game’s rewards may be curbed in some cases, but you ultimately get a shot at landing truly incredible prizes from these progressive pots. Luckily, Myriad Play has quite a few options to choose from with more than 25 progressive jackpot slots.

They’re all provided by Blueprint Gaming and work across the Jackpot King network. So, this includes titles like Wish Upon a Jackpot, King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas and Fishin’ Frenzy. While I was quite satisfied with the variety on offer, I would have liked to see the inclusion of other popular progressive jackpot networks too. The selection would be so much better with the inclusion of top pots like Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune and Age of the Gods.

Casino Table Games

I think the oddest thing about this selection of online casino games, is the fact that it almost solely focuses on video slots. I couldn’t find any popular table games to speak of other than Blackjack Doubler from Aspire Global. It’s not that I’m a huge fan of table games, and generally I prefer playing video slots, but for those among you who like to switch things around and play a few rounds of baccarat, poker or roulette, then this omission will be very disappointing.

Myriad Play Live Casino

Similarly, the online casino doesn’t support any live casino games. It cuts out any form of social games then, so you won’t be able to communicate or connect with any other players or dealers. The site’s tournaments create some form of competitiveness with the available selection of video slots, but it’s not quite the same as playing with a live dealer and real players.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods Available

Although the games department is lacking in variety, the same cannot be said of the available payment methods. I was very pleased to see that Myriad Play supports loads of different payment providers and I could choose from a selection of popular e-wallets, debit cards and bank transfer options.

Of all the available methods, I decided to go with Skrill for my deposit. I deposited an initial £50, way above the £10 minimum deposit and this also claimed the welcome bonus for me. The deposit was instant, as was the bonus so I could immediately start exploring the online casino’s games and test them out for myself.

The same level of variety is available for withdrawals too. I managed to use Skrill too to cash out and it took me just over 24 hours to get my funds. Most of the available options give you your withdrawals within 48 hours, although bank transfer and debit card options may take up to six business days to complete. The plus side to these options is that although you’ll need to wait longer to get your money, you can withdraw in larger amounts.

Myriad Play on Mobile

Online casinos need to offer great mobile versions of their sites and although I spent most of my time playing on my desktop, I decided to try out Myriad Play on my phone too. The interface adapts well enough, so it’s easy to access all the relevant categories, tools and functions with your thumb. I tested this out on a Google Chrome browser running on an Android phone, but the site can run on any mobile browser on both Android and iOS systems.

The mobile version of the online casino has all the same games, features and promotions, so you don’t miss out on anything when playing on smaller screens. There is no mobile app option though, so you’ll always need to access the site through your mobile browser.

Myriad Play Customer Service

Even when playing at the very best online casinos, you’re bound to run into issues or concerns. So, having robust customer service is crucial. Unfortunately, this is another area where Myriad Play drops the ball. Although it promises 24/7 support, you can only get in touch through an online contact form and then wait for an answer. It didn’t take all that long for an answer to come my way, but this took way longer than it usually would for me to get my issues sorted through live chat.

I also wasn’t a fan of the FAQ section. It looks and feels incredibly dated, with small fonts and pop-up windows that are anything but intuitive. It took me ages to get the answers I was looking for and, in some cases, basic information wasn’t even available through the FAQ catalogue. FAQs can be the perfect way to streamline information, and it’s my first port of call to get answers to questions I have about site features, restrictions and benefits. But in this case, it simply delayed that process, giving me generic information, which I ultimately had to get more data on by using the contact form.

Myriad Play Overall User Experience

In this day and age, I expect online casinos to be at the top of their game when it comes to user interfaces. The way we navigate a site and interact with its offerings ultimately has a massive effect on whether we decide to prolong our stay. Sadly, Myriad Casino didn’t leave much of a good impression.

At first glance, the interface looks simple enough. But after a few hours of use, I realised how lacking it was in intuitiveness and detail. The whole structure feels incredibly dated and this shines through in the game library, promotions page and FAQ sections. As an experienced online casino player, I ultimately managed to find my way around, but it would be incredibly confusing for a new player to understand exactly how to navigate the messy interface to find what they’re looking for.

I also have to point out how disappointing the FAQ section is. It feels like an absolute afterthought, with a very off-putting interface and unhelpful information. The search bar which is supposed to make the whole ordeal easier ended up making life more difficult, rarely ever finding what I’m looking for and loading a whole new page just to tell me that the site couldn’t find what I’m looking for.

Reliability of Myriad Play

Although there are quite a few areas of criticism that Myriad Play needs to address, the site’s reliability doesn’t ever come into question. It runs with a license from the UKGC and uses 128-bit SSL encryption to secure all your data. So, you can rest assured that the online casino is safe and trustworthy. You also get a few responsible gambling features, including the option to set deposit limits and impose a self-exclusion from the site for a specified period.

How Myriad Play Compares to Similar Brands

Putting Myriad Play side by side with similar sites can reveal the online casino’s strengths and weaknesses. Take Fortune Games Casino. The site has a much bigger range of casino games with over 1,400 video slots, table games and live casino titles, which eclipse Myriad Play’s miniscule selection of just over 600. But then again, the offers you get from Fortune Games Casino have an incredibly steep set of wagering requirements at 65x, compared to Myriad Play’s much lower 35x.

Loot Casino is perhaps a more similar site. It has fewer games, offering just over 500 titles in total, although these include table games and live casino titles. The bonuses offered by Loot Casino are also much higher, especially the welcome bonus that can get you up to £6,000 in bonus cash across the first three deposits. But this also has a much higher wagering requirement of 65x. It similarly doesn’t support live chat and only offers a contact form to get in touch.

My Verdict on Myriad Play

Over the past couple of decades, online casinos have come a long way, offering complete experiences with loads of excellent games, friendly interfaces and lucrative promotional offers. But for some strange reason, Myriad Play seems to be stuck in the past and fails to live up to modern online casino standards.

Whereas some online casinos out there are genuinely making an effort to stand out and offer players fresh, new experiences, Myriad Play treats itself like just another online casino. It feels like the site is barely hitting the bare minimum, with a shoddy interface, disappointing customer service tools and a limited game library.

The great selection of payment providers is the site’s best feature, but with all the other elements under delivering, this feels pretty hollow. Myriad Play ultimately feels like a sub-par online casino, and I can frankly suggest that you play elsewhere.
